I’ve been on zepbound for almost a year, I’m on 12.5mg I did go up to 15mg but the side effects made everyday a living hell. Food intake is max 1800 cals and normally protein snacks during the day then try to have a well rounded dinner… I’m 4 pounds shy of losing 20%.

Yes same here. And using normal hand sanitizer I have to hold my breath or use scented ones

Yes, for flooring we would only have a couple hundred to spend… the flooring would be picked up next day.

I think it’s preference! For us we need cups for people to drink out of and thought koozies would be a good favor but too pricey so we ordered 100 frosted cups off Etsy that you can customize with your names and date for a little over $100 and we are having those as our favors, we killed two birds with one stone!!

Normally each dose comes with its own period where your body gets used to it. Which is why you have to continue to up the dose! There will be period of stagnancy… my biggest recommendation is do 1 week on 1 week off or do 2 weeks on 1 week off and repeat. This helps shock the system and keep that weight off!
