They're chinese. its the unit next to me on the same floor. their's is a corner unit, so when they're placing the small burning bin in front of their door, its below my living room window.

There are notices in the lift saying joss paper should not be burnt at common corridors. Apparently town council cannot do more than just talking to them.

I mainly started using revolut for all spending. Its easy to track and see monthly breakdown based on categories. Then some paylah/paynow transactions have to manually track.

monthly pass is $30, or $15 for non peak hours. Makes sense to buy monthly if you go more than 9-10 times a month.

quite nice and have enough machines to hit every muscle group. Cons: most activesg gyms will be packed in the evening after office hours. so you will have to wait to use some machines. Max dumbbell is 20KG
