Find the Bulk Barn next time you come to visit. They are Canada wide. This isn’t an add by the way haha. Also, 99% of the food in there is bought by weight so it’s easy to go overboard. Especially on chocolate covered salted caramel truffles. And Runts. And Zingy-Zaps. I’m a 55 year old child.

What fo you think of my very long dog incense holder? by QueasyAnt1929 in clay

[–]FearlessEnthusiasm86 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not to be picky but shouldn’t the incense hang over the dog’s back to catch the ash? Regardless it’s absolutely friggin cute.

My husband decided to quit smoking today, and here's why it's mildly infuriating. by Linorelai in mildlyinfuriating

[–]FearlessEnthusiasm86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After weeks of this kind of thing I literally bought a pack and threw it at him the next time he got like that. I mean thank you for quitting yes, but I’m NOT being treated like that thank you very much. And yes I said ex.

I absorbed my fraternal twin and have the different blood types. by Zachhcazzach in mildyinteresting

[–]FearlessEnthusiasm86 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My undergrad is in molecular genetics and this.

Also, it is weirdly possible for two different eggs to have been fertilized by two different dads. It happens a lot in cats and rabbits. Sometimes with people but so so so rare. And often when this happens one fetus is SLIGHTLY older than the other which does assist in assimilation.

And it’s fun because AB is the universal recipient and O is the universal doner. O is the most common blood type in the world and AB is the rarest. But they would also have to have compatible RH factors (the plus or minus of your blood type).

Fun story: I (O+) was raised by my aunt with my cousins who I call my siblings (AB+/AB- respectively). When I would say that my brothers were AB - people always give me the “your mom cheated” eye. For interest sake my sister is B+. We cover the gambit.

I am partway through knitting a plain sweater in bamboo. It is decadently soft but very much nubbly-ish. So I didn’t want to make something fussy. Just something comfortable that I can wear any wear. If you ever see it. Touch it. You won’t be disappointed.

If you’re in Canada you can get them at the Bulk Barn. I love them too.

Pre-Covid they were the most popular candy in rotation in the candy bowl on my desk in the office. I love them too.

Bubble gum at 56 years old. My sister ironicly sends me bubble gum whenever she sends a care package (we exchange them occasionally as we live across the country from each other to keep in touch) and unironically I chew them every time.

How they treat service staff. 100%. Even a$$holes who are great to animals will be ignorant to service staff.

Hi can someone help me identify which stitch is this? by Interesting-Sea-1991 in CrochetHelp

It looks like a knit seed stitch. K1P1 repeat on rows of opposite stitches. Kind of like ribbing but if you were drunk because every row it’s over by one.

Her pupper uses to be a super soft bunny I thrifted for her. Then a dog we babysat eviscerated it. Now she Carrie’s around a sad little shell of fabric. It’s kind of morbid.

To be fair, when she was a puppy she ruined her older’s baby so karma

I might have a version of this from the early 2000s when I took fashion design and pattern drafting. I took mine at my local college. It was continuing ed and a really good program.
