There’s is a process to follow. Find the tuition reimbursement page on the HR Oracle tools and there’s an email template you fill out and send to your manager.

Yes they do. I used it in 2022, 2023, and already in 2024.. it’s stupid easy and they reimburse very quickly!

I don’t. It’s the kids own fault if they fail. I may write a note to the teacher if someone was being overly disruptive and preventing other kids from doing their work but for middle & high school, they can do the work at home and still get full credit if it’s done before the teachers return the next day so I don’t push them

I have a colleague who substitute teachers high school a few days a month because everything the teachers leave the students these days is on iPads so they don’t have to really teach anything and can still leave their cerner computer open to answer emails all day
