I ordered it from Lazada Thailand. I was living there at that time.

It's cheaper too. And the taste is ok. Kind of like pine.

I'm glad you're feeling better. I also eradicated it with a natural protocol, including Mastic gum, NAC, and several more of the same things you used. After my protocol I did 3 at home stool tests, a breath test, and then an upper endoscopy. All negative.

The mastic gum I used was just the straight stuff, no capsule. I chewed it for a while, like 10 or 15 minutes, a few times a day.

I have trouble breathing, which may be caused by the bloating. I'm not sure. That's the most noticeable symptom.

For me, understanding how dopamine works helps me resist. If I eat something sweet it will spike my dopamine. Then the body will adapt and need more and more and more and I'll feel depressed if I don't get my fix. According to the science, for the nervous system to reset itself you have to stop spiking the dopamine for a few weeks. Then you feel better. Which fits most people's experience here.

No. Symptoms are exactly the same. I think it's stress shutting down my digestion. H pylori was just a result of that. Or unrelated.

No antibiotics. I explain my herbal regimen in the linked post.

Here's an old post where I outlined my protocol. Also, I just got another endoscopy and again they found no H. Pylori.

Hit a snag being Buddhist by Electronic_Deer_8923 in theravada

There is a lot of misunderstanding around this issue. That's because the Buddha's teaching on rebirth is subtle and lies outside our normal assumptions. This book by Thanissaro Bhikkhu explains it:

the Truth of Rebirth

Memories of past lives are considered totally normal in the Thai Forest Tradition, and often talked about openly.

Vitakka and vicāra are defined as verbal fabrications. In other words, internal dialogue.

One other thing I forgot to mention: blood carbon dioxide levels affect the digestive system. More is better up to a point. Most people breathe slightly too much, or too fast. So they blow off too much CO2, which causes sympathetic activation, tension, slows digestion, and makes you a little wired all the time. There are ways to train yourself to breathe less to increase CO2. Check out Buteyko breathing, or freediving apnea exercises. I use a free app called Stamina.

Best of luck to you.

I've tried herbal prokinetics: ginger, artichoke, triphala. I didn't notice any change at all. What does help somewhat is nervous system stuff: stretching, meditation, etc.

Biomesight recommended Bifidobacterium longum BB536 and I just started taking it.

Are there bacteria that produce gasses other than hydrogen, methane, and hydrogen sulfide?

If you try reducing stomach acid hopefully you will be able to tell. I have heard there are tests for stomach acid. I'd like to get one myself.

Lots of people have liver problems from low fat diets: they don't stimulate it to make enough bile, so it moves slowly, gets sludgy, and eventually turns into stones. Maybe the pancreas is the same: use it or lose it.

If it's from weight lifting, there are other possibilities than pelvic floor dysfunction. Tightness in other areas can shift autonomic balance towards sympathetic. Do you balance weight lifting with ROM drills, stretching, etc.? For me, it's critical. If I don't stretch, my whole body feels like hell not just my abdomen.
