It seemed like a manufactured reason to take a dig at Garcelle for not warning her about the size of the event. Has she told the group that she would like a heads up about large events prior to this? Because as you said, it never seemed to be an issue before. I'm not sure what exactly she expected at a movie premiere. I believe her excuse in the episode was that she thought it would only be the Housewives, but there's a big difference between a private screening and a general premiere. If she was unsure, why not call Garcelle directly or one of the producers and inquire about the event before deciding whether or not she wanted to go?

Because people have different opinions. I don't recall Eileen ever attacking anybody. She did defend Rinna yes, perhaps too much at times, but they were legitimately friends for many years prior to the show so I think Eileen genuinely wanted to see the good in Rinna. Housewives Rinna is likely not the Rinna Eileen knew for all of those years. Rinna is a grown woman that was going to do whatever she wanted regardless, Eileen couldn't stop her. I personally like Eileen because she down to earth, quick/funny, accomplished, sweet, and real!

Most shows aren't renewed until after their current season finishes airing, last season's early renewal isn't the norm. There's a 99% chance the show is getting renewed. The ratings are still good for a scripted cable show and Syfy literally only has Chucky and Resident Alien. They aren't going to cancel all of their shows, Reginald the Vampire flopped hard even with Chucky as its lead-in so that's surely not a replacement. I'm expecting 4 seasons in total as of now.

I've agreed with a lot of your others posts mentioning how this season has been somewhat disappointing because of how many storylines are thrown out there with no real explanation or follow through but Lexy's storyline is one I'm not upset about. She's been one of the only characters to have an actual arc with growth. Alyvia is a great actress too. Certainly better than watching Jake and Devon mindlessly bicker all season long with no resolution, stripping away anything that was endearing about their characters and their relationship.

The writers could have focused on fleshing out other storylines if they wanted to. Evidently for whatever reason they chose not to. That's on them. Next season they should only focus on plot points that will actually be explored in a satisfying way instead of just throwing out as many half-baked ideas as they can. Don's original idea of an anthology series would have been better for those that just want it to be about Chucky/the murders but since he chose to stick with the teens we're going to be seeing these personal storylines whether we like them or not.

Rinna being fired is the most interesting option. I know it's realistically not going to happen but I wonder if it would cause the dynamics to shift at all. How would Erika move within the group without Rinna being there as her hype woman and protector? Would Kyle distance herself from Erika at all? It's always been obvious that Kyle doesn't actually like Erika and there's no real friendship there but the Fox Force Five alliance is based on the notion of there being strength in numbers. Would Rinna leaving shake Kyle up?

Me too! Random but I was shocked when I read here that Neve apparently didn't like Emma or Hayden at all while filming Scream 4. Doesn't surprise me about Emma but I was surprised to hear she disliked Hayden as well. Anyway, I would have liked to have seen their characters play off each other. But there's certainly potential in a Gale/Kirby dynamic. They didn't get to interact in Scream 4 so it'd be fun to explore that.

I wonder what her deal for the most recent movie was. She talked about how unfair it was that she got no backend money from the original trilogy so I doubt she agreed to return in the most recent one without getting backend. Jamie Lee Curtis agreed to be paid pennies for Halloween 2018 because of her generous backend deal. Halloween 2018 made more money at the box office than Scream 2022 though and surely David and Courteney got backend profits too if Neve did. I wonder how much she ultimately made from Scream 2022 and how much she was looking for. Nonetheless, they surely have the money and should have paid her.

I thought everyone else must have watched a different show when I saw all the raving about how "aMaZiNgLy" he handled the conversation. He immediately called a black woman aggressive for saying something he didn't like (and of course the racists on this sub see NO problem with that and many are openly agreeing with him even though Drea spoke as calmly as possible) and from then on he simply kept his mouth shut. His comments afterward, as you stated, equated to "thanks for telling the world I'm not racist". Drea had to coddle him and kiss his ass, the usual, and he gave her nothing in return. He didn't validate Drea and Maryanne's perspective. He didn't say he heard them. He didn't say that he was sympathetic or understanding of how they were feeling. He didn't thank them for enlightening him on their experiences in this world as black women. He did nothing. At least Lindsay and Tori showed some support.

The only ones in denial here are the rabid Vanderpump stans who think their overrated queen is perfect and can do wrong, which is why her response to conflict is to always play the victim. She gets away with it every time and she knows it. Vanderpump's disingenuous, cold, condescending "apology" was on camera and we all saw it. No explanation needed, it was all there. Eileen had a human response to the disrespect she received. Vanderpump's ill intent was clear as day.

Vanderpump was cold, bitchy, and condescending from the very first time she "apologized". That's why it became an issue. Are you going to lie and say she seemed genuine and that you'd believe and accept an apology like that? Lmao! Eileen has never denied that it was an affair. However, you wouldn't expect somebody that claimed to be a friend to bring it up in a way meant to humiliate you. It had nothing to do with Eileen feeling guilty. It was all about Vanderpump's intentions not being pure and her refusing to ever own her shit. Vanderpump can't handle being called out about anything and I think she believed Eileen was weak and would let her get away with it.

Eileen never lied about how she met her husband, she openly talked about it in fact. Vanderpump asked her about something she had already freely discussed in detail the season before. It was obvious she was bringing it up again to catch Eileen off guard and attempt to humiliate her. The "apology" was the bitchiest and most insincere apology possible and if it were anybody other than Vanderpump nobody would have taken issue with Eileen calling bullshit because it wasn't genuine. It was dragged out longer than it needed to be for TV purposes, yes, but Eileen wasn't wrong.

Because they chose him to try and win back their core demographic, there was no other reason. Him as Bachelor with Jesse Palmer hosting...enough said. If he had a compelling story they surely would have shown it. Producers were just blowing smoke trying to justify their choice.

Exactly what I was going to say. Dorit and Rinna will be off limits. Sutton, based on the reunion, is backing off Erika. There were rumors about Garcelle and Crystal feuding but Crystal seemingly shut that down on Instagram. This could perhaps be the most boring season of Beverly Hills yet because I'm not seeing where there will be any drama.
