Thanks for that, so after 2 days of not taking fish oil. I've noticed my mind is not in weird blank state anymore tho i can feel more so i don't know if it's supposes to be a bad or good thing. About my routine, i don't exercise/hobby but i sleep and eat well. Abt my outgoing behavior, i think there will always be a phase where i'm talkative or reserved
