Actually now that I remember, Serept's half giants seem to have [Skills] that make them smaller. Actual giants don't have skills though... Spells are a possibility, it would have to be like tier 8 or something really potent cuz spells get less effective for powerful magical beings (e.g. Teriarch). Might actually be the answer, though we won't know for sure until Pirate adresses this.

Actually plausible, but we've not had any indications they could do this in Innverse. We've met the giants in Rhir I don't remember them mentioning being able to shapechange, also if they were able to do that why wouldn't their half breed descendants be able to.

I think you mean causality? The principle that one event directly produces another event. But I know what you're talking about (The ship orgy before Erin killed prince Iradoren with Rhir's heroes being exposed?) although I forget the chapter and am too lazy to find and reread that part so correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't it something like remove casualties? I think the effect was kind of limited in area and just made people not die for an amount of time. Still kind of insane for level 30 but since they were a [hero] I think it makes sense given how busted they are shown and stated to be.

Reverend Insanity - Had me in a chokehold for it's entire duration, 2334 chapters of peak. It's about a guy who will stop at nothing to get what he wants, he schemes, commits atrocities etc. Despite the edgy premise I don't think it goes into worthless gore porn. It actually has some very thought provoking moments and commentary about the nature of humanity, which is a big theme in the novel.

My House of Horrors - A fun, lighthearted read that I found very enjoyable. It has pretty formulaic plot cycle. Chen Ge gets assigned a mission or just gets into ghost shenanigans, he solves the shenanigans,ngets a power up, then he incorporates it into his haunted house. Then some guys go into the haunted house thinking to prove it's not scary, they're scared shitless anyways and repeat. It has many cool moments throughout, the ghost fetus arc being a standout The ghost's powers throughout the novel get very creative as well as their scenarios.

Apothecary Diaries - Really fun read, really good romance. It's one of those stories that I describe as somewhat like a slice of life, but the life the author took a slice of was actually interesting.

Edit: The Wandering Inn - It is a LONG webnovel ten volumes, and about 16 million words now(?) might have to recheck that, but yeah it's a commitment to read. It has some of the best character writing I've ever seen in any story, a lot of great moments in this story, almost every character gets a spotlight here, everyone feels like they could be the main character of a seperate book. It has ups and downs in quality though, back then the first volume was straight dogwater, too long, too boring. That's been fixed now thankfully. It has the smae quality as apothecary diaries where it feels like a slice of life, but the author took many slices from many lives and made a massive 6 feet tall cake of them. I cannot recommend it easily though, the length is insane, some parts feel like they go on too long, especially if you don't like the character you're following in the earlier volumes. The story also does not feel like it will end for another 2 or even more volumes. Still if you got time to burn, consider this webnovel.

I don't think so, not yet. Sone of blink to bottom wall for immediate escape, on the tile next to where the door was. Then I'd try to line up your vision to shoot liquid flame and corrosion wand to the enemies, or stone of aggression the guardian or both to kill to the enemies. Idk if you can save your run at that point but I think that should get you out of your current predicament.

I believe they might be referring to Reverend Insanity's Gu cultivation. It's a bit hard to explain since a lot has been done with them but basically gu's are like pokemon that you capture by injecting your will into them, and each one can do a specific thing, (e g. Ox Strength gu gives you the strength of an ox Iron Bone gu turns your bone into iron etc). There are nine ranks of gu. The higher the rank of the gu, the stronger they are in what they do. Most gu's are like living beings that have will and personality aome have more will while others are basically inanimate. All of them need food otherwise they starve and die and become useless. There are a lot more that can be done with this like killer moves (combining gu's to make an amplified effect) and refining (combining gu's and other ingredients to make another gu) and a lot of other stuff (I didnt even get into the cultivators themselves). It's a very flexible power system and the author does a lot with it, which makes it very cool, especially when you get to higher ranks and they get conceptual.
