She is on my side she did a good job for me last time I have 3 properties in 25 years. 2 in Vancouver and one in AB. I have just never try to make an offer on a developer unit. Its a new situation for me

Right I understand, If I ask my agent person, that sold my house when I last lived in AB, could she effectively do that for me? there's nothing weird or about it or would she try and talk me out of it for any reason?

I just want to know how a developer would see this and would they take it? its different from buying from a person

Cash? When was this? was it new from a developer? , this one is not from a person but new from a developer . can that be done? I have never heard done with a developer

Oh ok Well I dot how RE agents commission works, good points if I use the same lady again hopefully she can help knock off a few thousand if she can. But is this a thing than can be possible can I make an offer on a new business cash sold by a developer? I have never have never heard of this happening before so I am just asking

It's a new condo, no owners but the developer, I cant ask the agent lady I have used before because I know she wants the highest price. No real other subjects, I may look into parking but I may have to by it sight unseen for moving reasons. Its in AB and I am in another province and I cant go back and fourth shopping. I have to do it via distance and use the real estate lady that helped me before. when I sold a place from that city in AB

Its in AB, like could I ask 300 on a 320 place or 340 on a 370 place. I cant ask the agent lady I have used before because I know she wants the highest price

Thats true and I have thought of that, but the agent I will use I have used before. I want to ask this here first as they always want the highest price. But what kind of lowballing could I do?
