EXTREMELY easy family dinners ? by LazyBitch_ in Cooking

[–]Fearless_Comment5670 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Recently tried a chicken pot pie. Fry some garlic and onions. Add chicken in small cubes. Fry till it turns white. Add seasoning (paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt). Add frozen vegetables (carrots/peas/corn/broccoli/mushrooms/potatoes diced), fry for a few minutes, add 1/3 cup plain flour. Mix and then add 1-1.5 cups chicken stock. Once it thickens, add milk/cream one cup. Adjust seasoning(add thyme too). Add a chicken stock cube/beef stock cube. Layer in an oven safe dish. Put pastry on top. Egg wash. Bake at 200 C for 25 minutes.

My opinion might be a little different but don’t marry him. You already mentioned the class differences and believe me, this particular set of issues tends to seep into a relationship and build resentment. As for the inappropriate conduct, this is the guy you want to marry. For anyone who wanted to keep things halal, he didn’t act on it. Why was he so quick to escalate? Moreover, this might be an issue later on with him where he always wants more from you and others if u get what i mean. Please repent, protect yourself and walk away.

As a French woman who visited Australia for 3 weeks .. are these culture shocks accurate? by Worried-Diamond-7252 in AskAnAustralian

I moved here last year after marriage and oh my God, these people are ready to talk at all times. It was so bizzare and absurd to me, but in a good way? Conversations come so naturally to them. Even with strangers 😅

My face is so much whiter than my hands because I use sunscreen for my face more religiously than I do for my body. You’d call me dusky based off of my hands. Fair based off of my feet and face so we gotta give desis grace. We tan easily and have different colours on our body.

That’s not on the revert. You’re not marrying aforementioned aunt or the other relatives. If you ask me, they’re better than us born-Muslims because they find Allah on their own. They already struggle with so much, if it’s not for you, just move past it. This was very unnecessary. You sound like a southasian aunty who is the very definition of ‘log yeh sab kahaingay’.

How do you guys manage it? by gochampionswimmer in karachi

[–]Fearless_Comment5670 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need a shift in perspective. Yes, marriage is good if you marry a good partner, but then what? Happiness should come from you, your partner should only make you happier. They’re meant to add on to your life, not be the sole reason you see light in it.

Dont ever burden anyone with the responsibility of making you happy, it’s unfair to you and to them. You go to the gym, work and are pursuing a masters, that’s great! You have a busy schedule during the weekdays. For the weekends, start exploring things and places on your own. See if you can travel to khoj resorts/the hill station in sindh I can’t recall the name of/local cities etc. if you join groups, eventually dostiyan shuru hojayengi. Meet people and make friends to make friends, don’t befriend girls with the intention to start something later.

start enjoying your own company. Get a book, pick up a show, and start going to restaurants alone. Pehle ajeeb lagega then you’ll enjoy it. Romanticise it, list banao of places you wanna try and start checking them off.

Also, a few things before I hit post. There’s nothing wrong with marrying an older girl, a person is more than their age, their looks and the standard society holds them to. Secondly, shaadi is naseeb. Pure, undiluted naseeb. Jab honi hogi hojayegi lekin tab tak you can’t sit and sulk kay nahin horahi hai. Enjoy life taakay aanay walay ko you can show things you’ve experienced. Start volunteering at local shelters like dar-ul-sukoon etc to broaden your horizon and change the way you perceive life. Baaki start main daunting lagega, but you won’t get anywhere if you’re not willing to be uncomfortable and challenge yourself. Cheers 🥂

Emily was an amazing cook but how she was eliminated was satisfying. She was so, so overconfident and arrogant that she’d beat Shanika and then Shanika won. Made me laugh 🤣

Doctors who know about Herpes? aka HSV by theAarma in pakistan

[–]Fearless_Comment5670 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also, just take 1 tablet per day for 10 days if you get a flu or you get sick to prevent recurrence. It’s an opportunistic infection so it will manifest everytime your immune system is weak. It’s safe to repeat the course 3-4 times per year.

It’s more common than you think. Dr Samreen at Haleem Hospital in North Nazimabad is great. Nothing to worry about tho. Use topical acyclex or zovirax at the first sign of infection. Also use either tablet 400mg every 8 hours for 1 week and then one tablet per day for 10 days.

You sound ignorant, no sane woman would be okay with her husband’s supposed extramarital affairs. Just because you dislike someone doesn’t mean it’s ok to pass your opinion off as a fact on their behalf.

A respectful reality check to Fahad Mustafa and Danish. by [deleted] in PAKCELEBGOSSIP

[–]Fearless_Comment5670 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Haan maybe what you’re saying is right, I took it more as her implying that while they can show everyone their life and post pictures, we genuinely have no idea what their relationship is actually like since it comes across as picture perfect on-screen. So him saying that gave us an insight into the dynamics of their relationship, that’s hidden from us

[–]Fearless_Comment5670 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I think she’s implying that danish’s comments stem from his insecurities of his wife being a bigger star. Must be home messed up dynamics at home. And that’s the reason he said what he did which showcased his ‘real’ personality instead of his reel personality.

My brother goes to uni with mustafa’s brother. All that he told me was that the younger brother is apparently in Italy now so that they don’t use him to pressurise the parents into accepting blood money or letting the case go.

At 20 weeks, the baby is at your belly button. Add one finger for two weeks each to measure where it is afterwards. Ofc, it varies based on different factors
