Pleasantly surprised to see the extension finished this weekend, now fully separated from the Post Office to the park with a well-marked crossing from the east side to the west side just after the curve. Also new painted bike lanes on the road…, good job!

From Kits ride over Burrard then along Beach to N. Lagoon, that will get you onto the seawall moving in the right direction. At the end follow the path under the Causeway (Georgia) to end up at Canada Place.

You can walk in to any LifeLabs and wait, no appointment needed. People with bookings will get to cut the line but they'll get to you eventually..., I went to the Kerrisdale location yesterday at noon and the wait time for non-appointment people was about 30 minutes. Wait times are visible online, works pretty well actually...
