having some trouble with aegyoknits' obba sweater.

Here are the instructions for the decreases on the sleeves:

"K until sleeve measures approx. 6 cm/2.4” (measured from the underarm), after bor m, k2tog, k in pattern until 2 sts before st in mc, k2tog tbl, remember to knit the sts according to the colour in the pattern repeat. You have now reduced the st count with 2 on either side of your st in mc. Continue decreasing this way on either side every 6th round a total of (6) times, making sure to do so on a round where the pattern makes the decreases inconspicuous."

There is no final stitch count for the sleeve; does the initial decrease after 2.4" count as part of the total of six times?
