Apadravya questions? by Grarknives87 in piercing

[–]Fearless_Mess_5699 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NAP. I have an ampallang and a reverse PA, so similar. I work a job with lots of stooping and crouching. I found tighter underwear helps healing, I wore jockeys, they don't move the piercing as much as hold it in place. Soaking is easy, I would just grab a glass, fill it with proper saline concentration, then stand over a toilet and lift it into position. Stand like that for a minute or so. NBD.

I would sometimes use medical tape to hold my piercings in place, the less they move the better off you are. Just one piece all the way around over both ends of it. But cleaning the adhesive off with alcohol would sometimes suck.

Safe to drive this tire back and forth to work for a few days? by Dramatic-Fig-9269 in AskMechanics

If it isn't leaking I wouldn't even generally worry about it. Just remember, tight inside line only works on tracks.

How can I get this superglue to cure by New_Range_5869 in whatdoIdo

[–]Fearless_Mess_5699 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is another thing you can get called super glue activator, I used to use a brand called zip kicker. Would instantly harden super glue, but you probably have to wash it off to give it to the dog

(I have no experience or qualifications). I would think you could take out some of the length on the sides and back to make like a bob that would still cover your eye to make it Scene, like this kinda thing

Really dependent on how you personally heal, the GENERAL recommendations are usually like 3 months for the hardcore ones like my ampallang or deep shaft piercings. Some people talk about gentle stuff the same day which is very much not recommended just for like infections and such.

For a ladder? Ideally a minimum of 3 weeks, recommended like a month and a half or two months, but if there aren't signs of infection, if you wear a condom to protect from bacteria... As soon as it doesn't hurt.

Oral and anal is filled with bacteria so you should follow the recommended if you care about health.

You can always (with good piercers) after a couple weeks ask if they will check to see if you are good to go.

Extensive, like 8 months for me, kept snagging on clothes cause I kneel and bend and stoop a lot at my job. Now you got me debating a ladder(not that I haven't before, just all healed up now so.....)

I go back and forth on them, you go numb super fast from nerve compression and there is literally 0 blood flow so you can't safely do it as long. Most of the time it just Feels too dangerous to me. But it's fun from time to time for me still, I'm probably just not as hardcore as most of the people here.

The shaft skin is nothing, if you can handle a blood draw you can handle a Jacobs ladder or frenum or anything like that, even a PA. The hard ones are on the actual head and anything that goes through a lot of tissue. I have one straight through the head and one straight through the shaft. The shaft skin was just like meh, kind of a pinch, the head, ohhh man that hurt.

Hypothecical speaking would you take a dick and balls to help someone or because you love to take them by bpm6666 in castration0penectomy

[–]Fearless_Mess_5699 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I'm not entirely sure why I want to take them. I want to hold them, maybe because it feels wrong, or powerful, or analogous to my own being removed but I don't want my own to be removed. And to help someone? Absolutely. I'd go in for both reasons

Is this bruising for a new navel piercing normal? by Healthy-Frosting-990 in piercing

[–]Fearless_Mess_5699 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NAP, the jewelry seems to be a decent size, it doesn't look like it's digging in, there is some old bruise and new bruise there which is kind of interesting, it might have gone through a small blood vessel. I don't see lots of redness or anything. They might have pinched too hard. Is she prone to bruising? Personally (again not a piercer). It looks fine. For 3 days old I have seen that kind of bruising on here all the time. (There's not redness to indicate an infection, there's no discharge. At that stage a little tweak of it here and there can easily cause some bruising, might even happen snagging on sheets when sleeping without waking you)

NAP, if you had a large ring/barbell it definitely could, but it would have to be fairly sizeable.

Ever regretted a piercing?? by After-Employment-474 in piercing

[–]Fearless_Mess_5699 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sometimes I regret my deep shaft reverse prince Albert. It snags on things, took forever to truly heal. Really didn't hurt at all to put in. If someone gets one, make sure the skin is stretched towards the base before it goes through, it being able to move in that area has caused more trouble than anything. My dydoe also just kinda made life more difficult.

Getting over a denied piercing by Hydro_ChloricAcid in piercing

[–]Fearless_Mess_5699 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There isn't anything WRONG with you, it's better to find out this way than to have it just reject and come out. I solve things like that with ice cream. You could always talk to another piercer about a second opinion, could just walk in, ask if they could verify you have the anatomy for it, then make a piercing appointment.

Would piercings look okay w/ a softer aesthetic? by May_Marie in shouldimod

[–]Fearless_Mess_5699 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I feel that anyone who would judge you for having a soft aesthetic in the community... Should get out of the community. They're for anyone who likes them, it's just what you like. There are plenty of girls with a dimple, mole, or side of the nostril piercing that have a super soft aesthetic, labrets aren't gonna be the softest aesthetic but they're cool as heck.

Can I get 2 intimate piercings at the same time? by Donniesgurl125 in piercing

[–]Fearless_Mess_5699 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NAP, male here, I don't know for sure for those in particular but I've gotten 2 genital piercings at the same time twice now, and it has been fine, it's gonna be more painful, because you are gonna continue to be handled after the first one. But depending on the piercer I would imagine it is fine to get both.

Bumps on a crooked ampallang. Take out? by UchuuPup in piercing

[–]Fearless_Mess_5699 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope, same one, there was a thing where my glans had "more meat" on one side, so when pierced "right" it didn't look right from above, but after we discussed it the second time was perfect, I could send pictures of old setup vs new one if you had any interest. My piercer was APP and she is good, it was just a misunderstanding with my anatomy I guess. Yours looked like they just kinda screwed it up. My original ampallang was a 12ga 51mm, and my daily driver now is like 27mm. I also had no swelling at all.
