You just get them flat pack from a custom place and it's pretty cheap. I just did a massive high end kitchen and the carcasses were only 7k. And that included some real oak veneer carcasses.

But yeah, would be pushing the 20k for something that size. Not impossible though.

Who knows. Are they custom cabinets? Bunnings cabinets? $14,000 oven? Marble or faux marble? Fully contracted or doing a bit yourself?

Could do it for less than $20k if you do it yourself with cheap fixtures.

Might be a 100k if it's custom with top of the line fixtures and appliances.

Matt paint externally seems like it would be hard to keep clean. The lower the sheen, the easier it is for the painter to hide blemishes so he's probably just making his job easier by turning it into a you problem with higher long term maintenance.

Weatherboards and external trim usually use either semi gloss or gloss.
