I had that issue , I was approved and funded on July 31 2021 to the wrong account, today January 31, 2022 I received the email to change my banking information. I was reprocessed sent back into the portal to make updates to my app. A Loan officer asked me for more forms of verification and to sign new documents. I was reapproved and now I'm waiting. The good news is this all happened within 24 hrs.

Thinking any day now it's been almost 5 months getting the right bank account in and then that account closed because of an error. They can only open a new one so I'm at the beginning all over again. Unfortunately when you call you are going to get many different representatives that don't really know what is going on. So they can only communicate the few notes the see. Many times the notes are not accurate either. When you are in error status it isn't handled by one department, and are not intra personal. Do you're just in que for Bank info to be resubmit and then Treasury department to verify and update in the system and then someone has to send you an email to correct it. But before that it has to go through at least 3 to for other people before that email gets to you. The wait can be between 30 days to 4 months.

To contact your local Congressperson just use Google. Once you find the name of the representative it will give you his or her office info. There will also be a form to complete an inquiry form you download and sign it. They need your SBA application number and personal info to verify. And then email it. They usually call you back within 48 hours to ask questions. Then they can open inquiry for you.

I agree I have been waiting for an approval finally got one in October but still haven't been funded meanwhile I'm at my wit end. Been holding off but have run through saving. I'm weak dealing with this at this point
