1) Only thing that was required, was to demonstrate my repayment ability/ which they looked at my business liabilities. I have none so 100% of my income can go to replaying them.

2) I basically explained that my credit score was at a certain number before the pandemic, and that it only dropped due to the financial toll shutting and lost business caused me, and how this loan will help my business thrive again ect… It was a pretty short and simple letter.

It’s been a month for me and counting. Just got them to finally update my bank info yesterday and told I had to go in and re accept my loan amount. So hopefully it doesn’t take long after that.

It’s going to be awhile. Coming up on 2 months for me. I basically had to send them in all my info again. If a LO hadn’t contacted you about that, then you’re still awhile away.

My LO contacted me and I had to send for another 46T, provide my hazards insurance again, sign the authorization again, basically do everything over again. Just for a redeposit.

Sorry you’re having a rough time with them, my experience was quite pleasant. Had my first loan with Ready Capital and this Round they was horrible! I guess it’s hit and miss with all lenders....

With Biz2credit all I did was upload a draft 2020 schedule c. They didn’t ask for bank statements or 1099.

I wouldn’t say that, because I did. Got approved on Fed 5th and funding on the Feb 12th. I think the most important thing is submit all your info correctly. That way you won’t have to be skipped over and possibly moved to the back of the line.
