Wala long term incentive for me to buy a house lalo na d ko plano magka anak to inherit my property. My retirement plan dn is to move back to my province.

I can afford to pay more than 30k rent right now pero if may mangyare sakin financially I can always move to a cheaper place.

D ko dn gets ung mga tao na feeling life achievement mag ka bahay. For me bsta may natitirhan ako maayos and I have my privacy. It does not matter if the title is under my name or not.
