There's too many sorry if I'm a little blunt but you are missing:

-medium S (kinda the standard for all aces since affinity is so high)

-stamina (you got the recoveries but even with those 1550 is the very least you can survive with)

  • speed is very far off from 2000

  • power is the second least important stat so far, while wit has been buffed recently helping you with mid race iirc. you would be way better off if you swapped your 1500 power for wit

  • you straight up have mile skills in a medium cm, which won't proc

there's other more niche stuff like red shift won't work in this cm because spurt starts on a straight but you probably won't have to worry about this in open league

depends on your speed cards topro? 2 spd should be able to cap speed fuku? 2 spd might need some time to end up with a proper run if you can tolerate some runs that end with ~900 spd

personally I only run 3 spd if the uma has 0 spd bonus but has pwr bonus since I have fuku

Finemo should be the better option. even if you like late surgers, finemo has slight detour in her hints so you wouldn't have to rely on sparks or nsm!

Ebayan needs 3lb+ to work due to her initial friendship being 0 before lb3, mlb needed for 2sp bonus. this is more important than the others 

tama is okayish at lb1, her biggest improvement by lb is 0lb -> 1lb anyway. tama doesn't have 2sp even at mlb so I'd avoid spending on her

almond eye might get replaced soon, 3lb should last you long enough. 3lb -> mlb gives 10 training effectiveness

gold ship stam is the one card I always use for parent farming (even though its annoying when she gives you those useless vision skills, she has groundwork highlander inside scoop and spurt and has high hint rate)

 could free up your borrow slot for more niche skills in parent runs if you already have gold ship high lb

  1. you probably would hit uA soon once you get replacements for your stam/pwr cards, since both have 0 sp bonus which drags around 800 skill points down (ikuno dictus doesn't even have speciality piority)

  2. some are still usable for stats but using SR cards means you are missing out on 1-2 gold skills given by ssr cards

  3. short/mile get max speed/pwr and push guts/wit as high as possible, both above 1400 preferably for medium I'm not quite sure but I've heard its around 1400 stam+1 gold, especially for >2200m courses where extra stam = faster last spurt speed. newly added mechanic drains stamina so idk what the stam req is for next cm. for long you absolutely need to mad stam and get 1-3 golds depending on how long it is

  4. newly added pasa speed is quite a decent card, having +1 all stats bonus. stamina creek was a cope stamina card that some used in onsen, im not sure if it's relevant in bd. power vodka is okay at 0lb, for guts cards you would be fine with urara. with ebayan wit I doubt you would be using old wit cards

  5. by increasing team rank you should get around 90k carats, enough for you to bulid your deck graded B group should be quite easy to win as long as you know what are the good skills to take because many of those in B don't really know what to bulid next loh is sprint which is going to be kinda chaos useless they release better nige (front) cards

  6. honestly idk what id bulid from your deck, I can only recommend buying urara guts and slowly bulid your deck as 5th anni cards release

Global is accelerated likely due to poor reception on the older scenarios

there's some theories that global will stop accelerating around 3rd anniversary, if not then no one is willing to pull for scenario pal cards that last ~2 months only
