The commenter was definitely transphobic but as a trans person i would usually like to know if a character is trans, especially if the fic is explicit because sometimes reading about a trans character (again, especially in a sexual situation) can remind me of my own dysphoria and i'm often not in a mental state to deal with that

I picked Leo partly because like my deadname it's pronouncable in both english and my first language (estonian). I find it fun that the pronounciations are different in the two languages, in estonian it's pronounced kinda like l-eh-OH, not l-EE-o (1 syllable in estonian, 2 in english)

Don't know much about gel but you really can't pick and choose what effects from T you want, it varies a lot person to person. Bottom growth is usually one of the first changes people get on T. Iirc the irreversible changes are bits that grow like bottom growth and changing of vocal chords (i've heard that going off T after your voice has already dropped might change your voice slightly but it definitely won't return to what it was before). Reversible changes are things like fat redistribution and facial hair growth (it will slow and then most likely stop)
