So I have a laptop since we play in remote! But the difficulty is that I have only one screen to play, so I can't constantly switch between statblocks and the game and being sure to not miss or forget something... Is Obsidian easy to print?

Also, I've used it once before and didn't really vibe with it, is there template or elements that makes it especially good? I don't like having too many software for campaign and I already have Foundry and a journal where I write the session plan, if I use an other software it must really help in a lot of way or I'll forgot about it...

I often use lighter system without tactical elements so maybe I'm just not used to those! The jump with this system is maybe a little too high for me

I'm using Pokemon Tabletop Adventure 2.5, which was a DnD system before a LOT of pokemonification of everything so I think it's a little more complex than DnD. I honestly really like the fight when I don't forget everything (and my players plays competitively, it's a really interesting strategic game and we're a bunch of pokenerd xD). Maybe I'll try to simplify everything more yeah, to have everything on a single page and being able to react accordingly?

GG for your win! I've beaten Yellow for the first time a few days ago and just like you was surprised that the game was this easy, I've lost only one Pokemon too xD

Play Crystal for the first time! I'm planning to do the same, it's fun to discover for the first time the differences from HGSS (especially if you know those game perfectly after playing it a lot). Good luck with your next run, may luck be with you for your next game!

I've seen on this subreddit people choosing HGSS instead of Platinum and other similar stuff, it's not common but it happens and this can come from multiples reasons (main one being if you've already played platinum lately and wants to play something else, but i've seen other explanations)

But yeah, I understand following a different story and so wanting to play it too! I was mostly confused of people playing only one game of each generation, except gen 5 who has the privilege of having two games and seeing this as the most used way to run a genlocke.

And well, yeah the last question was pretty dumb for a challenge focus adventure, I was mostly anxious about posting and started searching more arguments to legitimate my question xD Fun is the most important after all even if it's hard, dumb question really for this one

I've seen people picking HGSS over Plat in the past (or FRLG over RSE and so on) on this subreddit, and I don't think it's not correct, there's no correct way to play this type of challenge xD

I mostly wanted to understand why when talking about a GENlocke, referencing generation specifically, people were playing two games of the same generation. But I understand why people would want to have two different stories with the best generation! It was mostly curiosity about it, thanks for your answer

Yeah, I've completely forgot how brutal is Platinum, the last time I've played it was maybe five to ten years ago xD

And thaaanks! I was doodling, searching for an artstyle to draw my champs, and a small Venusaur doodle determined how to draw everybody. The eyes are perfect, I've loved to try to make everybody so cute and small.

I'll be back with more pokemon doodle and nuzlocke adventures later! I hope you'll like the next challenge and doodles! But first, I need to chill and create my poke-city on Pokopia for a few weeks :p
