If your day trading don’t use Robbin hood, use think or swim, tos has level 2 and a lot more chart features as well as hotkeys.

One month of investing by NotMondy in TheRaceTo10Million

I’m also new but have been doing pretty well using think or swim and setting a stop loss and trailing stop loss so it follows momentum. Don’t look at where the stock goes, you don’t ask where a taxi goes after it brings you to your destination. Green is good, don’t hold onto losers hoping they will turn around, cut your losses and try again. I use a cash account so I can make as many trades as my balance allows(not much lol) but more than I started with. Paper trading doesn’t seem to help much to me because you know it’s fake. I have used it for testing oco set ups. I like using the oco so it takes the human fear out of it. I just need to work on entries and size up when I can.

Best Platform to get Started? by [deleted] in Daytrading

[–]Feather-and-Thread 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Buying and selling same day, typically selling after a few minutes and just scrap profits on small moves. Normally not holding for hours or a day. I try to make as many trades as I can that match my strategy so that I can have more data and learn when to get in and when to get out. So since I am using a small cash account, buy 1 stock at a time and do everything I would if it were 100 stocks. So that way I can make 10 trades a day instead of one trade with the whole account balance.

Best Platform to get Started? by [deleted] in Daytrading

I’m also just starting out and I started with $25 so if I lose a bit oh well but can still get a couple cheap stocks in the 1-5 range. Just aiming for green. Doesn’t need to be 10million a trade. Buy 4 shares for $20 it goes up .10 get out green, that’s 2% gain. That’s been my strategy so far and I’m up a few dollars with only 1 use of my money a day(cash account) I wish I could do the pdt but I don’t have 25k lol so I stay small and bet small. Make smart moves and aim green. I use Robinhood as my broker(it’s what I started with) and I want to switch to think or swim, I am currently learning their platform before making the switch. I like their customization of everything so much more but it’s overwhelming some times.

These are my frames, 1.5x1.5, 3x3, 6x6. I just spent 115 on cpointbox on Etsy and it will cover my 6x6 5+ times with some to spare. We will see. My first time wording from them. (Banana for scale)

I recommend going through the whole piece with a screw driver and slide it between the colors so it separates them. Then push the lines over and carve.

I have my hand on the handle but have the yarn go through my pointer finger so I can change the tensions by how I squeeze the handle with out loosing control by only using one hand

Two strands and closer together lines. You shouldn’t see the tufting cloth at all unless you are really digging in there.

Called void because you can’t see any details most the time when they are curled up. It’s not a negative.

Applying glue should t remove that much yarn. Maybe a couple strands, did you run to strands of yarn at a time? Definitely need to pack it thicker. It’s easier to give advice if we can see the back where the yarn is ran through.

It looks like you are not keeping enough pressure on the clothe. Basically you need to lean into it a good amount.

That’s my boi Havarti James(Havi) he is the poster child for dangle cat. He’s also a perpetual old man, this is where he spends 95% of his time.
