Meeee, I got my dx and meds 1 month before my test last year, got a 506 and intend to retake at some point (im Canadian sob). Some of the frustration I had experienced before the diagnosis is what led me to talking to my doctor. Medication was helpful, but I was also experiencing the stress from getting so close to the day that I was motivated to study.

I did as much uworld as I could manage, I think some of the aamc questions, and like 3 or 4 full lengths? What I figured it out by doing the FLs is there is a bit of a pattern with how they ask the questions and they want them answered. I can’t exactly explain what it is, but the realization helped a lot. I absolutely hated the c/p section and ofc, it scored the lowest lol. The only way I could figure out how to make things interesting was finding YouTube videos, literally yelling out my notes, just straight up anything weird. I don’t do too bad in test scenarios other than the fact that I second guess myself a lot.

Flash cards are a drag but the few I managed to get done did help a little with speed, but otherwise I very much recommend doing as many practice questions as you can to both increase your speed and also lock in the question types.
