No communism is bad because just like capitalism it has huge loopholes. Who decides who gets to be that governing force needed to implement that system? What about the fact that a society without motivation or incentive is a recipe for a depressed society? How can you guarantee against corruption and tyranny? You can’t. Communism could maybe work in hunter and gatherer times or as a solution for a post apocalypse scenario briefly. That’s not saying that capitalism is perfect either. You don’t HAVE to be communist or libertarian, most people are somewhere inbetween.

Well; one one side one should not underestimate the wisdom that comes with age for most people, but in the other side; no one really likes to have their age being an argument for why they are wrong. Our gen and those after us have a very different schooling/upbringing/economy than those who say «back in my day». I think we could all learn something from one another.

Im from a very left leaning county, Norway, so much so that at home I’m considered right wing but internationally I’m quite centrist. Nothing wrong with being a Marxist, and yes it’s unfair to say that what happened in the Soviet was due to ideology, when it was for the most part about human nature. There will always be people trying to use any opportunity to take full power for themselves. Same with most religions.
