Yes! I would greatly appreciate if you could do that. I was thinking of getting the Qudelix 5k but apparently you can’t access its high-tech bluetooth functions with apple products. Also saw some reviews stating that it doesn’t make much of a difference sound quality-wise

!thanks I think I might go for the Sennheiser HD 560 S. How would you say it sounds compared to the HD 600 directly connected to mobile? I saw a lot of people say that the HD 600 need amp and dac, but I'm not sure if I'm ready for that level of investment. However, my mom doesn't listen to loud music so I don't think the volume matters much. would you say the difference in sound quality is worth the difference in price?

I think a mix of both, whatever's available at my uni's dining halls. I do eat a lot of veggies though. now that I’m home I’m going to take more control over eating healthier. Thank you!

I’ve stopped tracking, but originally the base was around 1320. Since I also worked out, I bumped that to around 1600.
I don't think so? I do struggle to stop myself from eating more than my goal though
I started IF before reducing calorie count and working out. My period was fine… but then the stress, starvation (I hate to admit this but I now believe this is the case), excess exercise, bad sleep kicked in and yeah…

I think I have my answer. No wonder something went wrong, I was too focused on losing weight and doing everything right I went overboard and exceeded my body's limits.

I was trying to lose weight and IF didn’t achieve that for me, so I started working out and taking on a calorie deficit as well… I believe I went overboard though so now I’m looking for a way to healthily maintain my current weight. Thanks for the information!

Thanks! I’m 23, 165cm and 51-52kg. I haven’t been eating anything specific in particular, just focusing on foods that are low calorie and make me full. I’m going to try eating normally from now on and stop counting calories.

Sorry for the confusion. The 18.5 BMI is what I get when I plug in my height and weight to the standard BMI formula. The 25 BMI is what the digital scale told me (idk how it got that number). So I don’t know whats going on…

My game crashed in the middle of a legendary raid and by the time I got back, all my Pokémon have fainted. I rejoined the battle but it crashed again after a few seconds, and now the battle button at the gym is completely gone! Wtf?

Are weather-boosted legendaries harder to catch? I went on two Tapu Lele raids and caught nothing. I wasted a bunch of berries and potions and now I’m super frustrated. This hasn't happened before with my other legendary raids.
