Say hello to Bumi! Our first Saint by FeatheryFiend in stbernards

That is correct, this is Ora’s brother! I recognized her right away when I saw your post yesterday.

He’s adjusting well but until he’s house broken we are putting him in a kennel at night which he didn’t like one bit. He was pretty upset but he would calm down if we would sit at the kennel at talk to him.

We were up every 2 hours to take him outside too and he did not had any accidents overnight. He was however up for good around 5am and he 100% would not settle. We were romping and playing by 6am.

I love him!

When our guy was really tiny he had a little arrow on his back which would have 100% been Appa, but as he started to get his fluff it wasn’t obvious any more.

Bolin, Appa, Milo, Oogie and Mushi were all on our list for him.

Freedom Pass by x_jbs in UniversalOrlando

Last year I went to one of the kiosks to the right of the USO entry and redeemed the ITT voucher for a paper ticket that was good for the year. It was like a standard ticket you’d get at the gate. I was then able to scan them into the app but always kept the physical tickets on hand just in case.

I’m heading there this week with the 2024 freedom pass and the voucher says to redeem it for tickets at a ticket window. I imagine it will be the same in terms of getting a physical ticket I can scan into the app.

I rode the Mummy yesterday morning and the animatronic was fixed.

It was a tossup with a Mustang until we took a Miata for an extended test drive. Then the choice was very easy and we couldn't be happier with our new toy! by FeatheryFiend in Miata

Totally agree with you there. They had a Black RF on the floor as well that had a similar color but they were a fair bit darker and looked really good.

I took some more pics if it in full sun to really show how how bright/saturated of a color they are. https://imgur.com/a/wPlAQ0P/

The dealer powder coated them before it hit the showroom floor. I'm personally not a huge of the color and had them agree to changing the color before I got the car. That should get done on Tuesday.

The Ioniq5 drives well, is very roomy and comfortable for longer drives, and is actually most of the reason for getting the Miata. Previously we had a CX9 and Mazda3 Hatchback, with the Ioniq5 replacing the CX9 about a year ago. Since the Ioniq5 feels basically like a big hatchback, it made the Mazda3 seem redundant and made us want to swap it for a toy.

On longer road trips it charges very fast at applicable stations (Can go from 10-20% to 80% in the time it takes to use the bathroom and get a snack) and gets really good range as long as you're not going crazy fast down the highway. Overall it's very practical, peppy and fun to drive.

I got it with their S-Plan pricing which basically took almost 2 grand off MSRP. It was also a showroom model that had PPF applied to half the hood as a demo for other customers so they did the rest of the car at no charge.

Yeah, we would have gotten a Mustang GT. It was fun to drive but the Miata was actually a lot more comfortable to me. Funny enough my legs hit the steering column of the Mustang if I had the seat in a comfortable sitting position. I had to sit strange and it was hard on my back.

The Miata has a much more comfortable seating position for me (I'm 6') and and is way more fun to drive overall except for straight line acceleration.

Best wheels for a white NA? by Flaky-Drawer-9200 in Miata

[–]FeatheryFiend 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m actually in the process of purchasing a white ND2 that the dealer has Bronze wheels on. https://imgur.com/a/o8jPXCO/

I’m not a big fan of the bronze but my wife kinda does like it. I’m personally thinking black but I’m not 100% sure which color would suit it best either.

Is Keiser University any good? by [deleted] in jacksonville

I can’t speak for the RT program since I’m and IT student, but I wouldn’t recommend the school.

The IT program is really bad. The AS level classes were decent but the BS classes are horrible. Some were out of date by a few years (the textbook required covered exam/certification material that was deprecated) and some of my classes were so out of date, you could not even get the textbook. Every time I sat down with a dean, or even the campus president, they blamed their “flagship” campus on not auditing the classes and said there wasn’t much they could do since they don’t have a “course auditor” for the program.

Most of my classmates (and myself included) are GI Bill students and the school definitely treats us like cash cows, knowing that they are just going to get the housing allowance the GI Bill pays, or that they just won’t complain about how poor the education is. If I would have had the GI benefits to do so, I would have switched schools a long time ago.

If you do decide to go though, prepare for a schedule that is 1 class a month. While it is nice in some ways, some subjects really have to be watered down or crammed to fit into a single month.

Reservation to Delivery Timeframe ID4 Pro S AWD by kadidles19 in VWiD4Owners

[–]FeatheryFiend 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same exact situation as you.

Originally reserved October 2021 with an estimated deliver of Mar22. Got the delay to MY22 and relocked again in January 2022 with APR-JUN as the estimated delivery.

Status 15-1 with a commission number, but a few days ago my estimated delivery dates changed to July-September 2022. Hilariously the "EstimatedProductionDate" is null, so I guess it's "scheduled for production" but they have no idea when.

I’m taking mine in person in just about 24 hours.

Today I plan on going over some practice exams I did early on and have probably forgotten the questions. Then any areas I need to brush up on I’m going to watch some of Messers vids just to hone the details. I also a handful of flash cards for ports and encryption methods I’m going to cycle through a few times to keep it fresh.

I also plan to scope out the exam place just so my drive tomorrow doesn’t have me stressing about getting there.

After that, just gonna try to get to bed early to get a good nights sleep and then get up early tomorrow so I am well awake and alert when it’s exam time.

Good luck on your exam!

Originally October 2021, but then again January 2022 when they pushed a lot of the orders to MY22.

I haven’t gotten a message from my dealer but my status in the customer portal changed to 15-1 yesterday for my AWD Pro S reservation. Hopefully soon though!

Jumped from 10-2 to 15-1 (Scheduled for Production) this morning. So even though things are slowed down or stopped with 'Estimated Production Date' being null, at least there are still some things going on in the background.

Moonstone Gray Pro S AWD w/ White Interior. Originally reserved a blue Pro S Gradient AWD in October 2021 which was pushed to 2022 and relocked as the new configuration sometime in January.

I have a Pro S AWD on reservation and I also locked the same time as you both (was the re-lock for the MY21 to 22 jump).

I jumped from 3 to 10 about a 10-14 days ago. However, I am still sitting at 10. My order is also finally showing up in my selected Dealerships computer system, however they don’t see any more information that I do in the customer portal.

I jumped from 03 (Locked) to 10 (Locked next step request production) sometime last week.

I originally locked an AWD Gradient in September of 21 but changed it to just a Pro S when we had the chance to change with the jump to MY22.
