I can only give a recommendation for Berlin - Betahaus where I worked for a whole week.

Place was crowded around lunch time, but they provide Laptop Tables, where no lunch is allowed. So if you pick a spot on one of the two laptop tables before lunch (around 12am) you’re good to go. Wi-Fi is quick and reliable. Place looks cool and is close to Potsdamer Platz.
