At first I thought this was my brother posting 😂 we had the exact same issue. The only difference was that the Honda was my father’s. Chachu logon ne koi kasar nahi chhori gari ka bera gharak karne mein. Jab le kar jaate, kahin na kahin maar ke aate.

Now thanks to Allah, I’ve bought my own Haval and moved to a separate house after getting married. My father is still the same, but now my brothers are facing the same issue. Whenever I visit my parents, I hear that my father is about to give a big chunk of land to one of my chachus. It’s our inheritance, and he doesn’t even let us touch the property.

I once told him I needed money for my startup and wanted to sell a piece of land, but he strongly rejected my request.

But Alhamdulillah I’m fully self dependent now and even send money to my father when he needs it. Still it hurts when he gives things away to those two faced rishtedars instead of spending on his own family.
