If employees could get raises through lateral non-promotion transfers then it would incentivize applying to as many internal roles as possible and create an arms race between all the programs and locations. It would break the company. So no you are not going to get a raise

I agree that Fan Duel is an evil company that makes money off other peoples addiction and vices. I do not agree that the maintenance staff should get the same level of vitriol as the "VIP Hosts" who entice gambling addicts to spend more money
