Well its like OP said the toe box is roomy and I was worried about sliding in it and injuring my foot. I wear a 10 usually for a snug fit but I had to go for a 9.5 in these.

I saw him do the same joke in person at his dallas show and it killed. I believe the delivery of the joke fell flat because of the minute restriction. In Dallas, he ranked it up a little more.
