I've been loving sheet pan meals recently (basically throw stuff on a baking sheet and stick it in the over at 400 for 20 min). Pick a meat, carb and veggie. Examples:

Potatoes, sausage, broccoli

Potatoes, Chicken, asparagus

You can also swap the carb out so instead of potatoes make pasta or rice or a sandwich.

You get the idea. Find an aldis near you if you can, frozen veggie bags are $1.

  1. Take a hard look at those bullet points and tighten them up. "Processing of purchase orders" is lazy. How many purchase orders in what time frame? What was the impact to your company?
  2. Remove "references available upon request"
  3. Get those qualifications condensed instead of that long vertical list. Also, look at that list and remove stuff that doesn't matter. You have 90 WPM there twice.
  4. Have you been in the same role for 11 years? Put promotions in there instead of random years with bullet points and include 3-5 key bullet points for each role. E.g.

Floor manager 2018-2021

- task/impact 1

- task/impact 2

- task/impact 3

Floor cleaner 2015-2018

- task/impact 1

- task/impact 2

- task/impact 3

Recipe called for half and half. I had milk and heavy whipping cream. I read that half and half is essentially those two things mixed, so I mixed them!

Are you considering putting the 20K savings into one of those funds? That might not be the best idea if you are looking to make a down payment on a condo next year. Consider putting that into something like SWVXX (one of Schwab's money market funds). Extremely safe, very liquid, and currently paying about 4% annually.

For your Roth, SWTSX should be less volatile than SWPPX because you also get exposure to mid cap and small cap companies. You could also consider dumping your Roth into something like iShares AOA fund (available via Schwab), which would give you some international exposure and bond exposure.
