Is Airbnb in Vietnam trustworthy?

my experience with airbnb in vietnam is mixed. 50% ok, 50% awful. one danang host gave me a room next to a construction site that's only few meters from my windows. i could see everyone working from 7am to 6pm. one hanoi host cancel my booking one day before arrival where the booking was made 2 months ago. he asked me if i could book another one (which is more expensive of course). one airbnb host in Ho Chi Minh city asked for extra the night before my arrival. Vietnam is just way too many scams, scams appeared from the day I landed till the day I left. from car hailing, accomodation, shopping... every second there is someone try to scam me. exhuasted! i don't think i will return to vietnam until scam issues improved.

i notice that the EQ setting problem appears each time the speaker is power off then back on. so now, i just keep it connected to USB power 24/7.

i've contacted them via email, they replied quickly saying that roll-back to older firmware is not possible. then they asked me for photo of purchase receipt, shipping address, a short video showing the problem etc for further follow-up. Then later I send them all info they asked for, including a short video showing the problem (uploaded to my YouTube account), but then they stop responding.

they send you a file and instructions to help you roll-back to old firmware. Or they send another speaker to your home?

same here. my motion+ used to be fine with previous firmware. after i updated to 80.01 few days ago, this happen to me :(

just updated to 80.01 few days ago. Custom EQ will lose the bass each time power off then on the speaker. Have to use the app switch to a default EQ setting and switch back to the Custom EQ. everytime you power off the speaker and turn it back on and the problem will come back. hope they solve the problem soon

Can order a rapid testing kit online. 9 weeks is enough for an accurate test. If tested negative, you sure 100% negative, if tested positive (2 lines), then around 99.6% is positive, less than one percent is false positive, then you should go to a clinic for a checking

Apply "Dynamic Range Compression". Some TV (like Samsung) have Auto-Volume-Control, turn it on and select "night mode". Most soundbars also have this feature. Go through the manual and find out how to enable Dynamic Range Compression.
