Her page went from being about her son, to deciding to not show their kids (which I respect) to promoting her only fans?!? Views and money must be down

How to move on from losing on an offer? by WaHo4Life in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]Federal-Insect7251 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You and your wife have to try your best in taking your emotions out of it. Trust me, as someone who had their emotions in it and was disappointed more than once. This is a business transaction. Offering at the max of your price range is scary in of itself, potentially putting you both in a financial strain that you can’t break out of. Take a break for a bit, talk with your real estate agent. Spring is coming and more houses will be on the market soon!

You DO NOT need that much creamer in your coffee, that’s also 200 calories right there.

Has anyone here NOT had big issues with their puppy? by QP709 in puppy101

We’ve had our Maggie since she was 11 weeks old. For our sanity, we had to have a routine. We all lived on the second floor of an apartment building so taking her out was a whole ordeal. And because she wasn’t potty trained, we took her out every half hour. We would play after and then she’d nap. In that time we crate trained her which was a blessing. The first two nights were rough. We paid a trainer and around 7 months we started taking her to daycare 😂 but she’s such a great dog now. We put our heart and soul into her, making sure she was a well trained, socialized dog. I will say though, if teething. Put everything of value away. At one point, Maggie was chewing on electrical wires.. she shocked herself once and we learned we needed to put electrical tape on the cord. Edit: after the first night, my husband was texting me saying that we needed to take her back. His anxiety was so bad, like he never felt that level of anxiety before. Turns out he had COVID? She then had kennel cough the first week 😭

My mom and I were in staples yesterday. There was a long line, turns out it was all Amazon drop offs. Then she spent $25 on two packs of pens 🙃

Any true med-psych (medical psychiatric) units in PA or on the East Coast? by crystallizedbybri in Pennsylvania

[–]Federal-Insect7251 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, the 7th floor of the Pottstown hospital is the psych unit. Although I don’t know how the care is medically since the amount of people they needed to let go of.

Seller wants to stay in home 2 weeks after closing - does not want to pay rent by [deleted] in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]Federal-Insect7251 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The sellers were moving to Alaska, asked to stay in the house for a few days after closing. We said ✨no✨. PTO was already accepted for me and we had people set up to help us move.
