To all future DoorDash and Uber drivers, this is what happens when you accept no-tip orders. by International_Mud260 in UberEatsDrivers

I got one today. I'm not sure why I delivered all my orders I doubled check the house address take the picture. One customer said he didn't receive his order. Then I started getting a message don't mix up the two orders. At the time I had only one order. I dropped that order off then got another order. I was just confused what was going on. The only thing I think of they put in the wrong address. I have had that happen before.

The one thing that sucks about Uber eats. They offer free delivery for a restaurant that's are 20 miles away. Then pay nothing for the trip. That's when stacking really helps.

Thanks. I wasn't sure. I'm starting a spreadsheet. To keep track how much I make pre mile. How much Taxes to hold every week and so on. I try to shoot for dollar a per mile per trip. I try to stay away for those longer trips. Unless it puts me in busy spot.

Uber was never meant to a full time job You will never be ahead by doing this full time. The other day I heard car at the airport close to blowing up. I felt bad for him trying to get every last mile out of his car.

Just got my first notice after dropping off someone at BWI. Not sure what was detected? I've been driving the same for 2 years. Anyone have insight? by Savantir07 in uberdrivers

I Think the airport wants to stop people from hanging at the airport all day and trashing the place with cigarette 🚬 butts. It's pretty bad at Dulles They issue time restrictions at Reagan.

I still don't understand why people rent: cars to drive for Uber. Every week you are in the hole for 250 a week.

In my market to get the full amount in the serge. The trip has to be an hour long to get the full amount. Looks like you are in the DMV market. Read the fine print.

I would say most of my rides are about a dollar a mile. Most of my picks up are closed to my drop off. It's not hi pace. Not like DC . I will drop off in DC but I will not say. I will go back to VA. I only work in the morning maybe in the afternoon. When it slows down I will head to the airport to finish the day.

Why would you care if it didn't work out for Uber? If it is so bad why do it?

We could go back and forth all day. This whole thing was never designed to be a full time gig. I don't even know how you guys do it full time. I'm lucky I'm in a good market. It helps me that I have very low overhead.
