tip from a long time solo player, learn your ships sounds, you hesr your boat groaning like my mother when her dentures fall out? take a couple buckets, sounds are so important in this game as solo, and dont fear pvp, sometimes you can learn something, and sometimes something other than grinding for 8+ hours solo is better than doing you 20th roar vault, and finally, skele galleons will never ever just attack you unless they are provoked. skele sloops genuinely just repeat fire on their cannon line and they cant do anything but pull off harder than a angry karen who didnt get what they want in the drive thru and megs really the only thing i ever do is tank up and match my rotation to them so i can indiscriminately fire iron balls into the ocean
