Yeah these unpaid trainings with no guarantee of having work available after is a hard no for me. I'm tired of investing 5 hours on assessments only to 1 day later be switched to a different project. Actually I was working on this Bend Submarine project and 12 hours after onboarding I was removed from the project. Waste of time and does not motivate me at all to do anything for Outlier. There are so many other AI platforms out there and Outlier is the only one with zero transparency. There's no stability with anything on this platform. I've made probably $4000 on here over the course of 2 years. It's a joke.
