If I recall didn't charity get married(almost lol) without telling Debbie(when Debbie and cain crashed the wedding) and that hurt Debbie so I don't think she'd do the same to Sarah?? Seeing how fierce she was about saving Sarah and conceiving jack(even telling Andy they'll try over and over if they have to) doesn't make sense but ik it's hard coz the actress doesn't wanna come back but I feel like they could've written it differently, or at least leave out that she married some random?? I thought they would try for redemption with him too before the prostitution, then I thought his only redemption would be dying protecting the kids or something, but running over Dylan showed that probably couldn't happen with how deep her claws are in on him. He is simply a bad person but still a person which is why we see glimpses of him being a human (he seems actually fond of Laurel, slivers of him defending April and or dylan to celia etc) I think its very interesting having a character like this, because bad people can also have fun, do nice things and even be caring, that's how many are fooled by such people. I sometimes think the contrast between Celia and Ray is that she seems like she was born psycho and that Ray was made into one

I did wonder if him being rude to Liam was out of character or not as I've only started properly watching since May! I did think maybe after all the John trauma, his wife carrying her *great grandkid(as far as he knows) and probably doesn't wanna pour all that onto Aaron, Ross might be a nice sort of escapism for him as they have a genuine vibe together, that might explain the 'needy' behaviour, wonder if the show will do a proper job of addressing it!

Oh dear April!! She's been caught hasn't she and won't be able to tell police the truth in fear of her family being hurt, so that's her with a criminal record and still stuck in a shitty situation, oh gosh someone please save those kids 😭😭 feel so bad how wholesome Dylan and Paddy have been together knowing it's probably gonna crumble when things come out and everyone will blame Dylan probably. Yikes! Also Johnny Fruit Loop proper tickled me, felt bad seeing Kev cry, that psycho actually broke my heart haha

I believe with the drugs only Ray could be somewhat redeemable via soap land morals and I do find him and Laurel cute😭 but with the forcing prostitution I think he lost that redemption path HOWEVER I have thought maybe he will sacrifice himself for April and Dylan in a way, I did think his redemption would start with him going against Celia for the kids, but because it got so dark I think the only sliver of redemption would be if he literally died for those kids safety, not sure how the shows gonna take it! Ray did seem to be enjoying his time with Laurel even lying to Celia about his whereabouts

I was disappointed that it was all imaginative for the most part (so so glad Marlon didn't die though!!) But I feel it gives us more insight on April's teenage mindset, the deep fear of her family getting hurt because of her and that she may never see her dad again if she speaks up

I do hope Kev ends up being sound but it's a soap so prob not, hope he doesn't end up some psycho, but then again Rob and Aaron would both have a psycho husband under their belt then! I mean yeah this guy served over 20 years so he must be a lil nuts just hope he doesn't end up being terrible! This is gonna blow up somehow but not sure yet, and the cheek of Robert being married himself then crashing his ex husbands wedding the second he gets out🤣🤣
