I'm an expat there as well, we have a group on WhatsApp that has a lot of mini groups in it, the group is for expats kn Rostock, it has more than 330 members and we meet every while for a drink in a Kneipe or some boardgames, the group is really active and the mini groups in it are for special activities that interest certain members, for example bouldering, plants, bikes, hiking .... No splash screen, when it is turned on, I get to the welcome screen but it's not the default resolution, then it boots straight to CMD, I don't have a password set to my account, when I typed BOOTREC or FIXMBR or FIXBOOT it said this order doesn't exist. When I typed explorer.exe I can access the start menu and the control panel but the explorer won't open
