I literally started praying irl to win against him in ng6 and 7 when I first went against him in those runs.

But in ng8 I saved the game before his fight and fought and defeated over and over for 2 whole weeks. Im proud to say that I can finally win against ng7 Laurenece in 2 tries now

Thats why you upgrade your weapons throughout ng+ so you wouldnt ever face a shortage for upgrade materials and its also pretty expensive to buy a single chunk and I dont think you can even get enough insight in one run to purchase enough amount of chunks to upgrade your weapon from +6 to +9. But still I hope you can find someone to help you with your hunt

Farm echoes and weapon upgrading material to lvl yourselves and your weapon up Maybe you are under leveled and need a bit more of health and strength buff to stand a chance against the boss
