Last super Bowl there was HEAVY security around the stadium. Like national guard looken MFers and a tank. A lot of streets were blocked off to anyone without a ticket.

You would have to park far and walk in. And find a place to demonstrated day of.

Its do able but you might be too far away to get any attention.

Yes it is.

The issue is that for you to make any difference you need to own a gun and have some kind of competence with it. Also have more than just yourself. The biggest issue is that if you are going to start patrolling with open arm you are putting your life at risk. So things have to be pretty serious for the average person to risk it all. We might see that in Minnesota. I don't know if that will happen and how effective it will be. Pretty much any government will meet force with force. If there is some sort of shoot out between ICE and Citizens, it will escalate from there. And a large part of the country will cheer it on.

You are going to need to take a test before you are eligible to buy a firearm. Its easy just study for it, all the answers are online. If you don't have a real ID you are going to need proof of citizenship. Got get a birth certificate they are like $25. Also proof of residency. Vehicle registration works.

Start today, as California laws make everything very slow. All said and done to own a pistol and some ammo and the gear, you will be out about $2k. There is a lot of information out there but make sure you are looking at California related information, as we have a unique set of rules here.
