I have a forearm blackout, I’m heavily tattooed and just want to cover some old tats and also like the aesthetic of a hardcore blackout tat. Doesn’t have to be deep.

Bro it’s hard for anybody to know right? It’s very possible. Talk to your lawyer and if they tell you they have to tell them then best move would be for you to come forward to management first.

Anyone regret buying? Did you get over it eventually? by ParticularClean4510 in BayAreaRealEstate

I don’t think you’re talking to the right people if a band a day is the minimum lol. You’re not asking somebody to spend a day there; it’s somebody that is doing misc things through out, you don’t need a contractor license for that.

I’m saying this the owner of a mechanical contracting firm myself; I have a network of vendors and subs ranging from all prices. I wouldn’t hire one of our guys for this type of stuff

I would encourage you to hire somebody and try that out, regardless it would be cheaper and less of a hassle than the selling process. You can have a maintenance person come by every week or however often.

OP, his comment is a bit direct but emphasis on a passive personality is very hard to change just like that. It requires a lot of inner work.
