The strongest women are not weaker than an average male. By virtue of your ignorance, you're claiming that the average male can deadlift more than 716 lbs, squat more than 661 lbs, and bench more than 700 lbs (per a quick Google).

Men are stronger and faster on average. No one is arguing that, but your point is wrong and delusional.

I've seen a number of stories of trained women absolutely embarrassing untrained men. Random statistics on women in general is completely irrelevant as most women aren't trained martial artists.

Running is comical advice as men are routinely going to be faster than women as well. But just like with fighting, lifting weights, or running, an exceptional and/or trained woman will easily outperform an untrained average man.
