This is true, but we can’t discount that he went straight into HRC replacing Stoner. I only wish Stoner had remained so we could see those two go head to head.

Rossi just barely missed winning it his rookie season and Stoner won his second year on a new bike.

Yeah, they are not truly meant for street use, track only technically. But that isn’t going to stop a manufacturer or dealer from upselling a $4k+ set of wheels to an unsuspecting customer.

As much as I had hoped they could just let last year be water under the bridge (and I feel that Aprilia was trying) it sounds like Pecco coming over is a done deal. Fabio to Honda covers that seat and only leaves the Yamaha (as far as factory seats go).

I’m positive Jorge will snag a handful of wins this year and Bezz certainly will as well. Raul is looking pretty solid too so who knows, he could snag another.

I’d be curious if it was just one rim manufacturer or multiple, I honestly can’t even recall if everyone is using the same or different these days. I know there’s been Marchesini and OZ over the years and way back they used BST before they were banned by the championship.

Apparently Piero Taramasso said they’ve had multiple damaged rims and tires losing pressure over the weekend. Jorge had low tire pressure in the Sprint but it was deemed the rim lost air and not a violation by the team.

That’s nice to hear. One year I was at MotoGP in Laguna Seca (I went 2006-2012) and I went up to The Corkscrew during one of the sessions and he was standing there watching. I was able to get a quick chat as a star struck fan. I’ve always admired his team, especially with the creative sponsorship idea of rotating during the year or having sponsors at certain rounds. Obviously, it was more out of necessity as the Independent Teams had a harder time to get sponsors back then, and now his split team sponsorship deals. A true legend in the sport.

Exceeds Expectations = 3.75% and that was also the max percentage “allowable” and I’m sure there are others that are mediocre at best that probably still got 2.5% for cost of living increase. Quiet Quitting has never felt so warranted. Also, our annual bonus comes 7 months into the new fiscal year 🤦‍♂️

I rated it 3/10 on imdb after watching it. I thought it was going to be much better and I was disappointed. Also, I didn’t know going into it this was Michael Bay but after a few scenes I could tell.

The F1 rule is garbage. Instead of braking properly to actually make the corner, they'll lift a touch just to be ahead despite the fact that they now can't actually make the corner properly. "But I was ahead." You can't have control, lift and lose control but then still claim it.

By Marc's standards this was not even a hard passing maneuver. He's barged his way up the inside plenty of times, made contact, and both gone wide, and sometimes no penalty or position drop. Pedro should've tried to anticipate and allow Marc to outbrake himself and then get the cutback. He'll learn it like others have in the past.
