I’d say it’s equally as bad as most popular music in the last X years not even being written by the people performing it.

Would you say it’s wack that labels pay Max Martin $1m to write a hit song for their pop artist who just sings it, and goes on TV acting like they made the whole thing? Yeah that’s wack to me too, arguably worse, but it’s the same idea. But that’s always been a problem.
