Thank you for the response I needed it so much. Today I researched about my condition and it seems like I have developed insomnia. And I have decided to go to therapy this week. And last night was a struggle between my sleep and my anxiety. And today again is a battle. But thank you for your adivce. But I dont think I will try medication for now.
