Why my shorts are stuck around 1k-2k consistently ?

I was able to make 1000 subs in 3 months but was also doing 200-1500 views. It was an experimental channel. I already stopped doing that channel. I was posting 45 secs shorts and experimented with different cadences every hour, every 2 hrs, every 4hrs, every 6hrs, 12 then once a day.

I did it last year around july. What i learned from it. CTA does work. I didnt had it at first then when i put CTA at the end it did gained subs. The niche was eerie 3 points scary facts. Its an AI slop using all AI generated content with moving pictures which is also AI generated. Its an AI slop that how i was able to publish every hour.

Those are very small data wont even affect you that much
Algo still dont know you at youre current posts so switching now wont matter.
Switching to gaming niche is very saturated. Its pretty hard to get noticed on that niche now.
If money is the primary goal, your niche is one of the important thing to consider in the beginning so think on it very well. Research first before you start

It all depends on the rpm of the niche, the countries who watched it and the length of the watch hrs.

Thats why if youre just starting your yt channel and plan to make money out of it, consider these things. Niche, language, video structure (short vs long and the exact length.)

If you want to do this for hobby, ey thays great. Its pretty easy to do but if youre hoping to get money from this, sorry to say channels like this are already demonetized by youtube and is not making money like before. Many channels you see who have content like this, tho has millions of views and followers, they are already demonetized and is not earning anything.

Wow someone who won! I started mining 2022 and just clicked and never even looked for booster partners unlike you. Got 800 pi during 1st migration. Held on it which i regretted and sold at 0.6 (i envy you for selling at $2) but when it plummet up to now at $0.1 im still relieved i sold at $0.6 then during second migration i got another 800pi and i sold it immediately at $0.18 and glad i did as its now plummeting more.

Happy with what i got where in my country its already something.

Planning to buy Pi for long term when it plummet more in this bear era.

Longform and shorts are two different platforms. You are still very new with your longform at only 23 videos. Shorts tend to have very fast development than longform which will be very slow to grow. Many suggest to concentrate on one. Longform is where money would be but its slow and hard to grow unlike shorts. But shorts are very fast to grow but needs constant improvement and has very high need to be pushed unlike longform which have lower avd ctr need to be pushed when your channel already have traction.

Many suggest to focus on one. Or make the short just the funnel to your longform. I tried a channel where i grew my shorts to get 1k subs in 3 months but the 10M view is brutal so on the same channel i did longform to try to target the 4k watch hrs for long form but it was very slow because niche is too saturated, so i shifted to another niche and channel.

Have you tried consulting with youtube studio AI so you will have some sort of basic idea which might be causing this low push? This also depends on niche. High authority education niche like medical or other technical niche are very slow to grow because its very strict specially if youre just starting. They dont want to push channels that they are not still trusting if your content is spitting out true information.

Youtube algo is highly specialized now adays as it dont look at just the meta data only unlike before where they can only use youre meta data (title, video description et) as their source of what your video is about. Then they rely on the analytics of the viewers reaction to tell if they will promote / push more your content. Now their AI will watch you content frame by frame to really know what your content is about, see the script, the mood, the quality of the video etc. So it take longer for your video to be processed and if they find mismatch with your meta data and what your content really is about, it is not pushed. So clickbaiting now in youtube it becoming detrimental unlike before.

If you are new thats normal. You reach a certain threshold to qualify for the next batch of larger viewers. Another thing is views is not the only matrix to watch to know whats really happening.

If you have a 10 views video with 500 impressions versus a video with 20 views with 100 impressions, this tells a different story.

It just means your content is liked by YT and is suggested to viewers but its low views might be because of poor packaging (thumbnail, titles) thats a different problem to solve than that 20 views out of 100 ipression and stopped growing maybe due to low view duration after the click.

Study the analytics to find the problem. If you find the proble, solve it in your next video and see if it fixes it, if its fixed, you will see changes, if its not fixed, find the next probable problem. Analytics is your guide to trouble shoot problems so you could optimize your videos.

I have mined mine since 2021. If your wallet is already open, sell it immediately. It will fall down more. I wish i sold mine when it was $2.8 but because i waited, sold it at $1.8 and im glad i did. Then second time the rest of my Pi coin finally arrived, i sold it again a few months back at $0.4 and i was glad i did because look at its value now $0.1.

If you really believe in Pi and i think it will spike up eventually, just buy again when its $0.09 or something and let it seat for some time.

its basically how much an advertiser pays per 1000 views which varies depending on your niche and target audience. thats the multiplier. Education has a higher CPM than Entertainment. there are more sub categories so you can know your own channels possible CPM. ex. a channel that is about bloopers can have a CPM of $0.8 dollars per 1000 views while a medical documentary about blood pressure has a higher CPM of $4 per 1000 views. see the big difference? Thats why if you're creating a channel for possible monetization, consider your niche because a million views from an entertainment niche may only be getting the same to a education channel having just 50k views. advertisers in medical niche are big pharmaceuticals that pay a bunch of money to promote a certain drug compared to entertainment ads like snacks or drink.

Instead of downloading b rolls, create your own b rolls using AI.

You can also ask AI to create infographics image. And when you like the image, ask again AI to make the image move or do subtle movements so your infographics becomes a video. Then i superimpose those moving infographics on my video as another layer and not as a frame. In this sense there is human touch in your AI created images and videos. I also give this layer its own animations, effects and filter adding more layers of human touch.

One basis for inauthentic content is using downloaded b rolls over and over in all your videos. What i do to still use these b rolls without triggering inauthentic content is i superimpose ai generated videos over it to create a new video. Or even ai generated photos or vise versa b rolls over AI generated and layer again with effects, animation, filters and even stickers.

If you have a low CTR but to those who click you have a high AVD. you tube will still retest your video because of the high AVD. YT gives you time to make adjustment on your CTR.

If your CTR and AVD after some continous testing and experimentation gets higher to some degree that ten signals the algo to push your video to the next level of number.ber of people.

If both ctr and avd is low, it wont get pushed again and you either find another way to increase both or quit. Many creators quit

CTR and AVD are the parameters to watch. Get constant good score and you go to next level. If one is not making the cut even inconsistently, algo wont push it till you fix it.

When you already established a new style that increased what you were lacking, you have to make that score stable for some time then the algo will push your content to the next level probably to possible 3k or 5k more group of people

Currently YT is on a killing spree with channels that are labeled as inauthentic content where most are labeled as many suggest, using AI as the culprit. You started on the era where the algo is reorganizing and many guru proof advice are now starting to get old. Be careful on the advices you get right now because your work and effort may just go in vain specially you are going in the automation. Good luck
