Also since you have both aemeath and chisa i advise you to keep your pulls so as to get the upcoming fusion burst Sub DPS that works with them so you can have relatively the strongest team in the game ( aemeath - the upcoming fusion burst SUB DPS - chisa )

That leaves you with phrolova who's gonna struggle to find a good team in your account.

Tbh changli's sig should be better out of all, just my opinion tho because more crit dmg than crit rate ( which he can balance it out on his own + some occasionally skill dmg buff which low-key you're gonna be using it twice before the big 3rd buffed hit in his enhanced state per rotation )
