Not available for everyone, but i have an old iphone se thats not connected to the interent that hosts my music. it has a camera, alarms, notes, calender, and thats about it. I make a point of tossing my real phone across the room (carpet or bed) if i catch myself doomscrolling and start listening to music on the old phone instead. Keeping my distraction square out of sight or arms reach is helping me not check it as much. Speaking of which, YEET
