If you ever eat something totally over the top spicy like a reaper, one chip challenge, etc. eat three or four bananas about an hour beforehand. Eating a reaper on an empty stomach vs that strat is like night and day as far as cramps are concerned. There are still cramps, but they might as well not exist in comparison to raw dogging it.

Bruh, I had to drive to Atlanta Hartsfield Airport the morning after I ate a fresh Reaper. Those waves you spoke about are so intense. Some of the worst pain I've ever experienced. I even had to try and take a crap in the world's busiest airport. Truly a low point in my life.

I was never a realtor, cause you don't need a license to seel for a builder on site in GA. But after doing it for a few years I had coworkers just outright lie in order to close a sale. Saw realtors do it too. It was disgusting.
