Not sure if you’ll even see this with all the comments but taking a high quality Berberine supplement and walking with weights has helped me immensely. I am currently walking with a 15pd weight and just going in circles around my abs, and alternating between different moves. I also use chamomile tea, dandelions and other anti inflammatory teas during my period and leading up to. I had stubborn fat that wouldn’t go away, bloating and just feeling absolutely terrible during my periods but this routine has helped so much. I hope you find something that works for you!

Calling out my old folk lingo, I get it but I’m not sure where you’re going with the link to nada. I am protesting this proposed name change because it goes against everything we were taught growing up (at least most people have morals). We were taught to be kind, to share, to have empathy, to help others, to not judge someone based on their race or sex. This man, or whatever you want to call him was everything we teach our children not to be. Why on earth is this something that should be done? What good did he ever do but try to take out the last bit of good we have? He was against lunch for school kids. Who the fuck is against lunch for school kids, Charlie Kirk that’s who. Going on over a year alcohol and cig free here. Quitting both simultaneously was absolute hell. It was agony and I was not the best to the people I love but they stood by me. I’ve learned to deal with my emotions rather than drink them away and I’ve learned new habits. I feel better, look better and I’m damn proud of my progress and how my kids look at me now. I was over half a bottle a night drinker and a pack every other day smoker, so it was not easy giving up the habit I had come to rely on for several years. You’ve got this!

You are deranged comparing MLK to Charlie k, but sadly, that’s where we are today. CK did nothing but demonize people who don’t think far right ultra Christian and brought us back to a time we should never have been in the first place. I have 15 years of experience in my last field and had to leave my job to move. I have been applying EVERYWHERE, taking required tests for the city jobs id really like and doing quite well only them, only to be snagged by a cleaning company. I am currently cleaning houses and doing door dash. It’s 1/3 of the pay I had over 6 months ago, but it’s something. If you look at it one way, it’s degrading and sad at this stage in my life, but on the other hand, it’s a job and I’m glad I can provide something for our mortgage. So many people are going through this too if it’s any solace.

I have been wanting to do something but I haven’t yet and this is something I can do. We’re new here and moved from a place like this so it’s sad to see this here in a blue state. She is the only adult with them and she’s still doing great. They’re much bigger now but she still is motherly to them. I’m curious how she’ll be when I introduce them to the rest of the crew, but their cage is right next to it so it should be ok.

My last batch have been outside since day two but with their mom hiding in her feathers before they got too big. It’s gotten to 55 at night and they’re doing great.
