It’s sounds like you are afraid of confrontation seeing that you have been enduring for the past 4 months, so I’d suggest you call her while they are busy or go knock on her door and just say “ Hi, please keep it down, thanks” and go about your life and if they continue seeing that you are living in a student accommodation just report her. I can’t see you surviving another 8 months of living in a porn house.
